1. Filler Section
Responsible for cup preparation and filling, equipped with:
Cup Dispenser: Automatic cup charging and dispensing system.
UV Tunnel: For disinfecting cups.
Cup Control System: Prevents operation/waste if a cup is missing.
Anti-stick Spray: Prevents cheese from sticking to the cup walls.
Filling & Mixing System: Piston-based mixing of milk and rennet driven by two separate servo motors, allowing precise volume control via HMI.
Anti-foam Spray: Eliminates foam from the product surface.
Hygiene System: Equipped with a HEPA filter unit for positive pressure inside the cabin and a CIP system.
2. Coagulation Tunnel
Manages the coagulation process:
Transmission System: Smooth transfer of cups into and out of the tunnel.
Clean Environment: HEPA filter unit and UV radiation to maintain positive sterile pressure inside the tunnel.
Traffic Control: Laser sensors at the tunnel output to control rail traffic.
3. Packing Unit
The final packaging stage:
Parchment Dispenser: Places parchment paper on the cheese, with control systems.
Salt Dispenser: Adds salt to the product.
Foil & Seal System: Dispenses foil and seals the cups, equipped with detection systems.
Output System: Discharges the finished cups.
